Rollouts & Site Surveys

One store or four hundred. Same playbook.

Stream runs multi-location digital signage rollouts in waves — every site surveyed first, every install tracked, every screen live on schedule.

Technology rollout services usually mean a general contractor learning your brand on your dime. Stream's rollouts are run by the same team that builds, installs, and monitors the signage — so a digital signage deployment across 40 franchises moves like one project, not 40 small ones.

Site Surveys

What is a site survey?

A site survey is an on-location assessment before installation — measuring everything that decides whether a screen thrives or fails. Ours covers five things, every time.

Power

Circuits, capacity, and where new runs are needed — priced before install day, not discovered on it.

Mounting

Wall structure, footings, and clearances — what your building can hold and what it needs to.

Sight lines

Where customers actually stand and drive — so screens are read, not just seen.

Network

Connectivity at every screen location — wired, wireless, or cellular backup where it's thin.

Sun path

Where the sun sits at rush hour, by season — the difference between readable and expensive regret outdoors.

The survey comes back as a fixed scope and quote per site. No install-day surprises, no change-order economy.

The Playbook

Rollouts move in waves.

Survey

Every site measured up front — power, mounting, sight lines, network, sun. One fixed quote per location.

Plan

Sites grouped into waves by region and readiness. You approve the schedule once — then it runs.

Wave installs

Crews sweep region by region. Lessons from wave one make wave four faster and cheaper.

Live

Every screen publishing from StreamCMS, watched by AlwaysON™ from day one.

Built For

Franchise groups. Chains. Anyone with a map.

Franchisees & groups

Standard corporate look, per-store realities. We handle both — and bill per site so every owner sees their own scope.

Regional & national chains

One contract, one tracker, one standard of work from the first site to the four-hundredth.

Remodels & refreshes

Swapping static boards for digital across a footprint — phased so stores never close for screens.

Rollout & Survey FAQs

What is a site survey for digital signage?

It's an on-site assessment done before installation — documenting power, mounting structure, sight lines, network coverage, and sun exposure at each screen location. The output is a fixed installation scope and quote for that site, so the install is engineered rather than improvised.

Is the site survey free?

Survey pricing depends on project size — for multi-location rollouts, surveys are typically built into the project rather than billed as a separate line. Ask us about your footprint.

How fast can you roll out to 50+ locations?

Wave scheduling means installs run in parallel by region rather than one store at a time. Exact timelines depend on site readiness and permitting — your rollout plan comes back with real dates per wave.

Can you coordinate with our GC or remodel schedule?

Yes — signage waves are routinely sequenced inside larger remodel programs, and we work directly with your GC so screens go in at the right construction phase, not after the drywall closes.

Do franchise owners pay individually?

We can structure it either way — corporate-billed programs or per-site billing where each franchisee sees and approves their own surveyed scope.
