Stream, LLC ("Stream," "we," "us") provides digital signage systems — hardware, software, design, installation, and support — to businesses across the United States. Our office is at 4885 S 900 E, Suite 102, Salt Lake City, UT 84117.
This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit explorestream.com (the "Site"), contact us, or request a quote or demo. It does not cover the StreamCMS software platform used by our customers, which is governed by our customer agreements and EULA.
When you fill out a form on the Site — to request a quote, book a demo, or contact us — we collect what you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, number of locations, and details about your project. If you call or email us, we keep the records of that correspondence.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect usage data: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, when you visit them, how long you stay, and the site or search that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, biometric data, or precise geolocation through the Site.
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:
You can also set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the Site may not work as smoothly without them.
We share information with a small set of companies that process it on our behalf, under contracts limiting what they can do with it:
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding 12 months.
Beyond the service providers above, we share personal information only:
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — for inquiries and quotes, that means as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, plus the period needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods unless needed for security.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we limit access to those who need it and use established providers with strong security practices.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the right to:
To exercise these rights, email support@explorestream.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). Only you, or an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State, may make a request on your behalf.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Utah, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others — may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out under their state's law. We honor verified requests from residents of those states to the extent their law applies to us. Use the same contact below.
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or sell the personal information of anyone under 16). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
When we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll provide a prominent notice on the Site or email you if we have your address.
